Yadyrus I legit love this wing stop. The food is so fresh and tasty. The employees are so nice and welcoming. I love the vibe here. They play good music and the restaurant is always clean. But the thing that stands out to me the most, is the management. Yadyrus is awesome. I had a minor issue , and she fixed it immediately. Also she gave the homeless man who food, gracefully. It’s still good people in the world.

Very clean, the only thing I have to say, there’s a lot of staff standing around, there was a person in front of me an4 people behind me, 2 registers, one on the phone no one taking our order. The girl jumped on the register then got off, and stood there. The guy was taking a phone order using the register, she should have gotten on the second one. Some of the staff playing around. Normally I love to see employees enjoy work when you wait 20 minutes before they take the order, then another 20 for food. Idk seemed like a lot of wasted time.

Had the weirdest interact with this shop that rubbed me the wrong way. My boyfriend and i have been to this location plenty of times. And when you pick up your order the front person usually just asked who the order is under and then they’ll give you your order. But this time the front desk ask my boyfriend who the order is under. My boyfriend tells her his name. She swears she’s having the hardest time finding the order. Even though our order is the only order on the pick up shelf and my boyfriend can see his name on the bag. Then she proceeds to say , she needs to see confirmation number and needs a screen shot of when the order was placed online. And then she also asked my boyfriend to tell her the address of the wingstop the order was placed. She never once looked behind to see that the order was literally right behind. It rubbed me the wrong me cause as many times I’ve been to this location I’ve never been given a hard time to pick an order up. But she gave my boyfriend the hardest time to pick up the order, and the bag was behind her the whole time. Let me not forget to mention , it was the only order on the shelf. So why was it so hard to find that order.
