Have been doing business with this company for over 15 years. Lately the service has been horrible. You wait hours for your food only to receive the wrong items. Or incorrectly made. You call them regarding it and the attitude from the workers is terrible. How hard is it to get wings correct? Literally the last 4 times of ordering from here my order has been wrong. They expect you to wait an additional 2 hours for the correct food meanwhile your family has already ate.

I always have loved here, i used to eat this with my family at my nanas all the time before she passed away, the cheese bread is great, the pizza is great, and the wings are greay. 5 stars for the memories and the food. Sadly, i have moved away, and it’s about an hour long drive to joas, so i dont get it much.

I remember years ago when I ordered from here. The food was worth the price and the steelers fan I think he was one of the owner’s would always deliver my food. Recently i ordered what I always did back in the day and got a buffalo chicken toasted sub and an order of bacon cheddar cheese frys. Back in the day the sub came in the same size boxes as the frys because you got two halfs of a sub for i believe was about $6.99 now you get a half sub for about $ 10.95 that’s crazy.

Wanted to rewrite my review; I’ve had some issues in the past, which I originally explained. I had another issue tonight but the owner reached out privately and refunded our order without me asking. He was very apologetic and let us know he was working with his staff to make improvements. I appreciated him reaching out, because I could tell he actually valued my original review even though I may have been a little hangry when I wrote it. I am very appreciative of him reaching out and felt he was genuinely sorry for the issues we have had. Good customer service for handling complaints. For now, we will keep it at three stars, but we will see in the future if Joas improves the next time we order and I will rate higher if it does.

Horrible! The wings were soaking in a half an inch of oil/grease. We ordered medium flavored wings could not taste the hot sauce on them at all because the oil took it off. Our pizza was sparsely covered with toppings. We threw the food out, money down the drain. The only thing that was good from there were the battered mushrooms.
