Ordered their party package and a custom cake. It was a hit! Everything was fresh and tasted fantastic. Manager Yudi was very helpful and kind. The place is very busy, but with good reason! Highly recommend!

It was my 1st time here. My husband brought me here to eat. There was something I never saw the add on part. A combo comes with meal soda and French fries here its either a soda or French fries, its stupid and a waste of money. And we were told oh if u want i will make it for u and charge you. That’s not being a business person cause I would have made it and gave it to them no charge. So we can come back. The food was delish but the service sucked i wont return.

Worse customer experience. Had to wait 40 minutes for my order. They completely forgot about my order. Then I was lied to on top of that. Stay away from this place unless u want to feel disrespected and unvalued

Horrible service. No respect for the ticket system. At least 4-5 people waiting and instead they attend to someone that walked in the latest without a ticket. Won’t go back. Vickys bakery is better.

Literally no point of ordering online. You still have to wait in line as they help everyone else in store. Lost valuable time thinking online ordering worked.

I get asked all of the time…NO, I AM NOT SHARING MY COLADA…OKAY!! I love the visiting Pinecrest Bakery whenever I am in Miami. It is convenient, lots of menu choices and friendly service. Thank you for today’s Spanish lesson…Medianoche sin pepinillos 🙂

Run down, dirty, very expensive and the service is horrible. They charge $2.34 for a cortadito! The croquetas were very greasy and the empanadas hardly had any meat in them and also very expensive. We were charged $16 for 1 cortadiio, 1 cafe cubano, 4 croquetas and 2 empanadas which were not very good. When we asked for crackers to accompany the croquetas the attendant said they did not have any at this establishment. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Everything looks so good, the Cuban cafe into was sweet like we like it. Luckily I eat with my eyes, or I’d be in trouble. 1 empanada please. Just wish they had a vegan option.

Absolutely worst experience I’ve ever had with a manager! She’d rather tell me I was wrong than face the fact that they are actively taking advantage of social distancing, I hope she doesn’t yell at people in person.
