Rise is my favorite breakfast biscuit joint in the area. I dropped into this location for the first time this week and ordered a southern chicken biscuit, tots, and coffee. Love that they serve Counter Culture coffee. My experience at this location was less than I would’ve hoped, though. The chicken was warm and delicious but the biscuit itself was basically cold. I will say the tots were really good- first try and loved them.

staff super friendly, wasn’t all that busy even at lunch with a mailer coupon everyone seemed to have. sweets were good, the Buffalo chicken biscuit was ok, neither the chicken or biscuit treated fresh despite having to wait 15 minutes for the order. the creme brulee donut was excellent

This place is so good when your craving biscuits for breakfast. I had the sausage on blueberry iced biscuit and their cheesy tots which I could have eaten the entire bag of those by themselves ! Also they have a capn’crunch donut which is sweet and salty that my kids loved. The two guys working that morning were nice only knocking off a star because the inside seating area was kind of a mess.

Why do the “veggie” chicken tenders look like this?? They look nothing like the picture displayed on DoorDash anymore. The veggie tenders use to be so delicious and more crispy and juicy just like the photo. I don’t know if they have a new chef or what, but Rise needs to bring that old thang BACK please!

I have been to this location several times and have enjoyed their chicken biscuit several times, but today when I got home their chicken patty was dried out and not edible. I would expect this to happen occasionally for a cheap fast food biscuit but it is unacceptable if you are going to charge $7+ for a biscuit.

Not bad. I ordered the Classic Chicken Biscuit. The portion for the money was good. I also ordered the Classic Glazed Donut. The food was good. No complaints. I visited the location in North Raleigh. They close at 2:00pm.

Customer service is fine. Food is great. My biggest issue here and the reason for 2 stars is they dont accept phone orders. And on their online ordering, there is no option to select cash as your payment option. Im a full time server so cash is all i ever have, and with the addition of not taking phone orders, ordering from here is damn near impossible as going inside there is always a massive line and takes forever to order because the employees are too busy making orders. Which i understand, but for people paying with cash, going here is rediclously difficult and makes me want to go to literally any other chicken place. If they could just add a cash option to their online ordering this would be much easier.
