Whose running this place? Came here first thing notice is the glass doors, I mean they were filthy with hand prints. The staff no kind of customer service at all! The lobby was nasty, every single table in here was dirty, food all over the floors. Let’s talk about the food, this staff here isn’t doing any kind of time and temp or rotation. The chicken was not fresh, the fries hard and old. If the staff stayed off the phone and from outside smoking this place could be better. Will not eat here again.

Talk about a bad start to my day! Trying to get a 3 pc with fries. Got a drink. Lid wasn’t on tight and then got my meal about a minute later. Tried to put my drink away only to see that the cup edge was defective or damaged and didn’t let the lid sit right and all over my lap! So after driving home wearing my drink. I thought ok well the food is still good. Nope, I got fries with my meal and they were the soggiest, saltiest, and smallest order I have received with a meal. Forget the fries…I still have this extra crispy chicken. Nope…the wing was super dry like a mini breast chicken was hiding a wing! Time to the cats the wing. Next the thigh…I thought I got the colonels original recipe but nope, it was extra skimpy and extra oily. Not only was it missing half the breading, which I did look in the box to see it it slid off with the oil!?! Nope…it’s just missing but the chicken almost slipped out of my hand becuase the whole half of the thigh looked like it was sitting at the bottom of warmer and they reached to the very bottom and found the only thigh they had left to serve me. Now…granted I am starving and now the cats are sharing a two piece and I have to get ready for work. I am throwing the last piece in the fridge in hopes I can throw it in the oven and recook it myself!! So, it’s going to a very long time till I come back and am sticking to a chicken place I know will give me quality food from start to finish!! Oh one more thing!!! What happened to giving folks a packet of butter and honey?? I was going to try and eat that on the way to work but they can’t even add that in there unless they don’t do that anymore…oh lawwddd!!!

My family and I went to order through the drive thru and the lady I’m guessing is the manager she was very rude. We had a question about donating and she just said it’s to help local people and before we had the chance she shut the window. Then she gave us out food and practically threw our food at us.

I dunno… both times I went recently, it was between the lunch rush and dinner rush on weekdays. I received slow and rude service both times. Having a coupon only seemed to have made them more rude. The last time the woman became even more rude on top of that when I asked for 1 packet each of honey and butter, which if she would’ve done her job correctly in the first place, should’ve been included. She basically threw at me then proceeded to walk off. No sorry, no “please come again”… And both times the food was clearly not fresh, so the slowness and wait was even more unjustified. One thing however, boy was it clean inside, I give them that much.

Good location with friendly staff. The foid was good. First time trying chicken tenders and fries at a KFC. The tenders were crunchy and flavorful, albeit a bit dry. The fries were tasty and happily seasoned. The KFC sauce was alright, but nothing to write home about.

We stopped by after the zoo to have lunch with my family. The service was wonderful, and the food was fresh and delicious . I would definitely recommend the KFC on Ridge and 21st West.

It’s KFC. Our oldest daughter loves their fried chicken, coleslaw and mac n cheese. I don’t particularly care for it but she enjoys it. Service at the time of our visit was excellent and the tables were clean enough. We usually get a family meal deal to help keep the cost a little lower and also to have left overs for the next day. Descent place for a family night out or if the person who prepares dinner wants a night off.

Pulled up to the drive thru and was immediately acknowledged with a friendly voice. We took a second to begin ordering so the guy asked if he could help us pick something out. We got up to the window and got our food in less than 30 seconds!! The older guy in the lime green shirt on Tuesday 9/6 needs a raise!!! He was the most friendly person we’ve ever come across at kfc! Will definitely be back!
