The only employee we saw was this young girl with long blonde hair. She didn’t smile or welcome us when we walked in. I tried making friendly conversation but she didn’t say a word back to me. When we asked about the donut pricing she pointed at the prices without saying a word. When I started ordering my donuts she didn’t change her gloves. When we walked in she was touching the counter, the to-go window, and the register. She was using the SAME gloves to pick up my donuts. I was disgusted by her poor hygiene and my husband and I left. This location needs to train its employees in customer service and proper food hygiene. Will not return.

Stopped to get a decaf coffee and they gave me a caffeinated coffee. I can’t have caffeine due to medical issues! I’m a miserable now. I specifically asked again to make sure it was decaf and they said yes! I feel sick, jittery and shaky…. So mad! Will not be going there again!

This Dunkin location is usually pretty good when it comes to drink orders and having just the right amount of flavor. I did not purchase a drink today as you can see I did however purchase an Everything bagel “toasted” with cream cheese. Unfortunately, they forgot the “toasted” part. Eating a bagel un-toasted is not very appetizing if you ask me. Now, what made me write this review is the fact that the staff is SO concerned with keeping the line moving that they have absolutely lost all customer service. I’d rather sit in a drive thru or stand in line to be given excellent customer service rather than feel like I can not take 2.5 seconds to look at the menu and order. When I’m greeted with “what can I get you..” or “go ahead” is very poor customer service and extremely irritating. As if I’m a bother to you at your place of employment. Probably how my order got messed up this morning because she didn’t take the time to listen. Will I be back, yes because I come here often and hopefully when I do return there will be better attitudes.

My nephew loves this place! I always receive excellent drive through service at this location. I tried the new sweet black pepper bacon sandwich and it was delicious. This stores location is beside a QT so it’s a great one stop spot for breakfast and gas on my way to work.
