The food here is average. The customer service is standard for a carry-out, you can dine in, as they have seating or a dining area. My con with them is they stopped making sushi, omg, the Boston roll was the best….sad it’s gone.

The old lady doesn’t speak English real good they completely messed up my order. I tried to get them to correct the order over and over to no avail! They tried to charge me $53.89 a serving time for food I didn’t order! There is a big lack of English speaking people there. I gave up and told them I will never go to kitchen no 1 again! Basically these people tried to get over $100 from me for food I didn’t order. The old lady and old man kept saying “You have a lot of money give us money!” This was crazy! DON’T GO HERE THEY ONLY WANNA SCREW THE CUSTOMER OVER!

They forgot the sauce for my wings and there was black speckles all over my chicken and broccoli. ALSO found steel wool in my fried rice. Went to get my sauce and show them the steel wool, the owner accused me of picking it up off the ground and would not refund my money. STAY AWAY! This place is trash.

1st impressions are everything. I ordered a shrimp basket and 5 wing and fries with salt pepper ketchup and mumbo sauce on wings. Got my food but didnt check the bag (my fault) but when I got home I didn’t have a shrimp basket. So I called and informed them and the lady said ok. When I got there the lady and male cook start yelling repeating my order and telling me they gave me my food. Then the manager came out and tells me that if he had to cook another platter it would come out the cooks check so I would have to repay. I said I didnt receive my food and Im being charged for it. They all began to argue and repeat they gave me the shrimp basket and salt &pepper on fries and mumbo sauce on wings. I simply stated dont worry about it and cancelled payment. The wing platter they argued they gave me was wings and fried rice. They didnt even get that right. I will never spend money at this horrible spot. ZERO RATING

If I could give this restaurant 0 stars I would! Let me start by saying that I only went to this carry-out because of the good things I heard but was super disappointed and did not even get to try the food. I called in my order to avoid having to wait and when I received my food the order was incorrect. Now the woman who was at the front told the rude “cook” that I requested my sauce on the side, which I clearly stated on the phone. She tells him multiple times and he comes out with the wrong order still trying to add sauce on the side as if I wasn’t going to notice it was incorrect. I open my box in the store and he instantly gets an attitude. I proceed to tell him this is not what I ordered and instead of offering to recook my food he immediately and in a very rude manner tells me he is giving me my money back. Now I did not have an issue with this because at this point I am not interested in eating at this establishment but you do not treat your customers in the manner that he did. This was absolutely the WORST service I have ever received in my life!! And to top it all of the man had the nerve to throw my money through the this small hole instead of handing me my money like a mature adult and business owner. I will NEVER eat here and I do not recommend anyone seeking quality service as well as food eat here either!
