Food is fine, I feel completely awful ordering from here. Honestly it feels like the workers are fully ready to drop everything and fight with you at any moment. I know the environment behind the scenes might not be very good, but don’t take it out on the customers please. Also, there are some foods they just REFUSE to make here. I understand that it’s a university location and the bar has been set very low so the young, student employees don’t have a burning desire to please their customers… However, this type of blatant disregard for service is downright DISRESPECTFUL to the customer, and frankly EMBARRASSING for the establishment and staff.

the RUDEST staff i’ve encountered on campus. I asked for a bigger plate and was initially given a plate with double honey walnut shrimp , and when i proceeded to tell her i wanted a bigger plate with two other entree’s , she put the walnut shrimp back and added ONE more entree before shutting my box and walking away. the cashier was not any nicer than her. i did not get what i paid for and will not be back to get treated like an idiot for merely wanting my food to be right.

Two hours before closing and all they have available is Chow Mein despite everything else being available when ordering online. Do they call and rectify the situation? No, they allow you to come all the way in just to waste your time. Do they offer you a refund once you arrive? No, they tell you to figure it out on your own. Two hours before closing. This isn’t the first time they’ve absolutely failed to manage themselves correctly. Not a few months ago and all they had was brown rice available. It’s absolutely abhorrent. The incompetent management is astounding and it is a wonder that they are still allowed to operate. Not a single person in charge of service, logistics, or decision-making should be given the opportunity to manage again.

The quality of the food is usually very poor and the choices are severely limited. it seems like they are always out of half of their menu and orange chicken seems to be the only thing in abundance. for several years now they have had one of their menu TVs display a photo of mixed vegetables but this location does not have mixed vegetables on the menu. also overpriced seems like a scam by UT dining

Panda Express is fairly healthy, tasty, Asian-American food. The food here does not deviate from the food at other Panda Express chains because the ingredients are always the same, but the sanitation leaves something to be desired. There is consistently trash overflowing in all the garbage cans, sticky spots on the tables and messes all over the floor.
