I gave 3 stars for that place because the food was super awesome and i love the Chicken wings. But in the part of customer service I received a little bit bad treatment by some chef of this place, the host was really friendly and patient with our order but the place had 30 minutes to closed so i understood the bad face of the chef or the cook assistant, but they don’t have to looked us with a bad gesture, was a few rude by themselves, they should disimulare the situation and say us one friendly answer, the good thing it’s that the girl in the cashier improve the situation and allowed to me and my friends order whatever combo that we wanted. I recommend this place but go early

We went to America Deli for dinner. Customer service was great. We ordered hot wing meal. Which came with a drink and French fries. Wings tasted excellent. Spicy, sweet, with a dash of vinegar. The wings are crispy.. The French fries crispy and tasty. The facilities is small but clean. I definitely can see myself coming back!

I’m extremely upset with this establishment I get there 15 min before they closed the cashier talking on phone and Doesn’t even acknowledge me and then when she does she doesn’t even put the phone down and looks at the cooks and say are we closed?? So I say to her y’all close at 9 and its 845pm so she says but we’re close now!! I have been going to this American deli for almost 10 years this was the last day that I would be going back to this establishment!!

A disgusting and ridiculous owner/ operator. 1st I had to ask the lady behind the counter to wash her hands. Then I receive my food and it’s not prepared as I asked. A sloppy nasty mess and to top if off it was not even hot. When asking for a half refund the owner wants to go back and forth,and says he can give 10 percent off the my next order. He must have lost his mind, because there will be no next order! The lack of service and customer service these days is unfathomable. Do not spend your money here because if any thing is not right or missing from your order, he acts as if your on trial instead of a paying customer.
