This location is much better than other Arby’s locations I’ve been to. The furniture and decorations were up to date and clean. We got our food very quickly and the manager even checked to make sure we had everything we needed. The bathrooms are also very big and clean. If we’re coming through town again we’d definitely stop here.

Went through the drive through and ordered a Market Fresh Peach Lemonade. Cost was $3.19 for the large. Pulled up to the window and the attendant gave me the lemonade, but it was in a medium 20oz cup and I was expecting the large soft drink 32oz size cup as I asked for a large. I told him I ordered the large, and he said they just changed their sizes and now the old medium size is the new large. I get inflation and price increases but changing the size to give customers less at the same old price is one way of loosing my business. Thirsty man can’t even get a true large lemonade anymore.

Standard Arby’s, nothing special to report, but Arby’s has good food pretty consistently location to location. There is a cruise in night where people come hang out with their hot rods which I think is pretty cool. Haven’t been to it but I’m going to try it out soon and we’ll update this review.

Typical Arby’s. Good food. Polite staff. Some customer had left an expensive phone on the table and drove for 20 mins before realizing. They called the store for help. Not only was the phone not stolen (because Idaho Falls) but the staff was very friendly about helping the customer get it back.

We went through the drive-thru and didn’t check out bag until after we got on the freeway. Turns out we weren’t given half our meal that we paid for. I called and was told we would have to turn around to come get it but they couldn’t do a refund over the phone. Since we are from out of state and were on a time-cruch, we couldn’t do that. Not cool, Arbys.

Forgot my fries when they gave me my eat in food, then said it would only be a few minutes, and they would bring them to me. 15 minutes later my lunch was over and I had no fries brought to my table. I had to demand a refund since I was out of time to eat, and the kid only wanted to give me the fries thay had been sitting in the been for an undisclosed amount of time.
