The staff at this taco bell are distracted and inept. On an order that requested a taco 12 pack, Diablo sauce, and a watermelon berry freeze, I received the tacos with 4 mild sauce packets and a lukewarm cola. This isn’t the first time either. Every time I go they seemingly intentionally leave items out or mess up the order. The last time I was there in person, one of the staff had their children playing in the kitchen.

The owner of this Taco Bell simply doesn’t care. I’ve waited almost 30 minutes with only one car in front of me. Last time I was here, the order was short items and placed incorrectly. The employees here seem like they often are stoned out their minds. Maybe that’s okay. If you have a choice, go do a different Taco Bell or somewhere else. Not sure if anyone reviews Taco Bell reviews but stay away. This place is a joke.

Bless the employees who work there. You can definitely tell that they are struggling due to short staff issues because the drive through pace is very slow and some are still learning as if they’re new plus needing to compensate with English and Spanish translation. They are sweet! Sad though the sign says breakfast but they aren’t open for breakfast…. Again probably due to short staff but outside McDonald’s, taco bell has good breakfast!

Didn’t take our order got told to use the machine and then the cashier took other people’s orders, super slow currently been waiting for 20 minutes, they keep only making drive through orders and not alternating between lobby and drive through, just all around terrible service and a crowd of unhappy workers. Won’t be coming here ever again I’d rather drive 15 minutes to the next taco bell. Would rate 0 stars if I could

Never have reviewed anything but I ordered the nacho Fry deluxe box. Every single item in the box was incorrect. Chips and cheese, some rice burrito, beef chulupa and a regular taco. At this point I really think they just did it for fun knowing I wouldn’t check. Waste of money and time. The person over the order sounded like he could care less when taking the order. 🙁

I was very hesitant to come here because of the reviews. I should of listened to my gut. The guy at the window seemed nice enough but my order was wrong. It was super simple yet they couldn’t get it right. I did notice the music blaring in the background. I really hope someone can get ahold of this location and fix it.

I ordered a medium drink during happier hour and was charged full price. I asked and they refunded it. Fair enough. I ordered a Mexican pizza, add sour cream. They charged me $0.75 for sour cream that would barely fill the end of a fork. I spoke with the manager and was provided more. Diet Mountain Dew for dine in was flat, absolutely no carbonation, so I asked to get it from drive through, dude gives me diet Baja blast, yuck, I ask again for diet Mountain Dew and he gives me regular. I just left frustrated. I worked a 12 hour day to not enjoy Taco Bell. I don’t think I’ll be back to this Taco Bell again, convenient yes, but not at the cost of quality and accuracy.
