I don’t know what has happened to this location. It took 10+ minutes just to order (it may have been someone training). The food was awful to say the least (the bread was hard, meat almost burnt, so much grease it soaked through the wrapper, cold fries). I could go on and on. Please Sonic step it up a little. I know that everyone has been short staffed. I’m not asking for perfection just do better.

I ordered a jr cheeseburger, small cheese sticks with ranch, ultimate meat and cheese burrito and a kids whacky pack with orange Fanta drink. I don’t know what happened but for some reason the stall erased my order or something and when the person rang it in again they charged me for the first half of the order and a orange fanta drink. She did not bring the whacky pack and I told her about it so she charged me for a whacky pack. So they charged me for an extra drink for no reason and the first half of the order came out and was completely cold. She told me they had no ranch for the cheese sticks even the the guy I ordered with did not tell me that when I ordered them with ranch. So annoying I wish I had given all the cold gross food back and kept my money.

NEVER have received a correct order here. I have sent in complaints on the app about my missing items and have never received a response. Basically just charge you for whatever they want and then give you half of it.

I am noticing a persistent request to keep my change at this location. If I get a cup of ice for $.39 in the drive-through and you ask me if I want any ridiculous change. This continues to be a request from the sonics drive-ins. It is different when a carhop brings me an order. But when I am in the drive-through, are you serious?! I realize that many of these people are working on minimum wage, and it depends on the company that they are working for asked to how much they are getting paid an hour. But stop asking me for my change in the drive-through. That is just plain idiotic. you are actually asking me for $.71 on a $.39 order. Please tell me how that makes sense. We are all out here struggling and I feel that it is unfair for anyone to try to pray on my compassion. Because I used to work at sonics, I have the utmost respect for the carhops so I tip them accordingly. during my time working at sonics, I never asked anyone to keep my change in the drive-through.

This location use to be my morning drink stop… It has gone down hill over the last few months. The last 3 times I’ve gone, the carhop has brought out my order and it’s been incomplete. Today my order was incomplete, but also wrong. Guess I’ll start driving to the one in Spring Hill.
