Lately, the workers are rude. Oxtail were so salty couldn’t eat it had to take it back. Yesterday ordered oxtail from Uber eat they sent me curry goat like they literally threw it in the pan like leftovers. So I spent 34 dollars for something I never ate. And they wouldn’t answer the phone. Such a shame

Im 30 years old and I’ve been eating here since 15 years old. I’ve had so many delicious meals here over the years, I decided to date a few Jamaican women. I loved them however, I spend too much money on oxtail rice and peas and could not afford to court properly. When I feel sad about it, a visit to Buff Patty normally fix me right up. I recommend it to everyone.

So I’ve been coming to this establishment for quite some time many many years and I’ve just realize that if there’s any financial issues say in my situation where I was double charge, you are pretty much screwed because I came and showed them proof that they double charged me, and all I got was attitude Static and pretty much all I was told is oh you just need to take it up with your bank. They didn’t wanna hear it until I pushback. Then they took my name and number and said they’ll reach out to me. so long story short I reach out to my bank, I’m going through a dispute, but I’m just very disappointed how I was treated with such hostility for a mistake that’s clearly legitimate especially if I provide proof, so buyer beware

Came home to visit and just ordered from my favorite carribean restaurant Buff Patty. I am so disappointed!! I made a large order. I was looking forward to enjoying some brown stew fish and they have no stew on the fish! I mean it is drier than the Sahara desert and the plantains are mush. Not only to then discover a piece of red meat in my platter as well. I haven’t eaten red meat in over 23 years. What a waste of money!!!

Food is good. The place looked clean but I walk in and the people at the counter and just being as mean as possible. I was scared to take my food. So much hateful attitude & disgusting character from someone you’ve never met. You’ll be ignored even though you’re the only one in the store. Whoever owns the business does not care because there’s so many reviews w the same complaints.

This place is the worse!!!!! The worker’s always act like you’re bothering them or they don’t want to be there. Do not go here!!!! I called and asked about roti’s before I went there, the man on the phone assured me that buff patty has roti and that they have roti everyday. That was a lie. I hope someone opens up a restaurant where people won’t feel that they are being bothered. Plus the food is not all that good anyways!!!!!

The Jerk Chicken was warm not hot. I did not send it back. The rule of thumb never send food back. Also the should I express to the manager that it is cold in the dine in area. He said he has no control over the heat. The Sunday temperature was 35 degrees and no heat. Also the spinach and chesse patty dried out..
