Very unreliable service, It is unknown whether you will get a delivery or not most days, and if you do the food quality is just as unreliable. A few times i have had to do a charge back because they never delivered my food but charged my card anyways. I do not recommend this restaurant at all and would rather order Bellas pizza which has better food and a larger menu

Worse place ever to order food. Ordered food around 6pm tonight, watched the tracker to see when my food was out for delivery and it’s nice that u can now see where the driver is at when ur order is out for delivery. The girl that had my food sat at the big red barn for over a half hour, then put that my food was delivered. I live on Buffalo calf road so she wasn’t anywhere near my road. Once I seen where it said delivered I had to call the store to see where my food was. I was told there was a tree down and she couldn’t make it up my road and I need to come get it. I know for a fact there was no tree down and then busted her out about not even being near my road. Then I got told they r getting ready to walk out with 4 delivery so I will have to wait til they get back and they will try to delivery my food. It’s 9;30pm and still not heard or seen them. Never order there again.

This place does not deserve 1 star. Ordered pizza at 8:00 was told it would be here in 30 min. Waited 60 min called to check the status RUDE Jude slammed the phone on the counter and said my delivery guy is out and when he gets back he will be there. Another 30 minutes later I called to check the status again..RUDE Jude asked my address, what I ordered, slammed the phone down again then said he is on the way. Funny thing is they always call before they come to let us know. I asked him if our pizza was going to be cold he firmly said NO! It’s in a bag! I asked if they offered discount since we were paying $43.07 for 2 large pizza’s and cheese bread. He laughed and said Um NO! He was very unprofessional and disrespectful! I would NOT recommend this Dominos!!!!

Had a very similar experience to the person below me. Person taking order was obviously drunk/high on drugs. Was rude and I’ve been waiting 3 HOURS for my order. Said he tried to call (lie). Typical Salem. Wish the cops would bust this place for the OBVIOUS DUI that must be going on. Been a loyal customer here for years. This is how they treat us. Until you fire your addicts, I’m done with this place.

worst customer service ever. salem wv dominos. ordered a pizza at 639 pm tonight. they delivered to the wrong address. when this was figured out they refused to do any thing about it. when they called the address it was delivered to to say they were going to pick it up it was to a prison with known covid positive cases. they were told by that prison they are not to redeliver this pizza to us since there was known covid cases. then dominos told me they were going to redeliver my meal to me. I told them absolutely not that they can make a new on or refund my money. they refused to refund my money. then after pressing the issue I just said I would call corporate. then all of a sudden they can remake the food (that we won’t eat anyways bc the prison said they were picking it up). then at 820 pm they called to let us know that they couldn’t deliver unless we pay the delivery fee again! the one we have paid for originally when it was delivered to a covid infested facility. are you kidding me???

I got hung up on by one of the servers after their online said they were delivering and I asked where my order was after waiting 45 minutes and she told me there was no delivery and then hung up on me. There’s been multiple problems here that’ll be the last time I order.

Let me start off by saying I wish I could have given -5 stars because 1 Star is VERY generous and the only option! The pizza is terrible! Barely any sauce every time we order and sometimes the pizza is undercooked and we have to go home and put it in our oven to finish the baking! Not to mention they always mess up the order, either they put the wrong toppings on, no toppings or give salads with wilted lettuce and no dressing. Never ask for extra dipping sauce or so forth, you’ll pay for it but won’t get it! We’ve tried to give the place several chances since it’s the only pizza place in town and it’s literally 4 minutes down the road but from now on we will drive an extra 20+ minutes further so we stop getting disappointed and stop wasting our money. Totally frustrated and this will be our last order ever from dominoes!!

They people that work here are rude and should all be fired. My daughter and her best friend went down to get their food, the second time bc they messed up the first and the people there made fun of them. Honestly it is a wonder this place is still in business. They can’t get orders right. The bake subs too long. The pizza taste horrible. Because of this Dominos I cannot eat anything from any other Dominos. Do not order from here.

I ordered a pizza half pepperoni and banana peppers and the other side was sausage and black olives. I got it and it was 2/3 pepperoni and banana peppers and the other 1/3 was sausage and black olives. Was told I would be contacted about my complaint. Never heard from anyone. Very poor customer service.

I think its funny when I order here they like to mess it up wont bring it to me thay have me come out and get it and I have had some who are nice and bring it to my door and im tired of them making mistakes like today I ordered a BBQ chicken pizza and there was like 5 pices of chicken on the pizza
