Garbage definitely never ordering from here again customer service is awful . CSR gone really tell me that my XL pizza shrunk in the oven to ah large hahahaha gtfoh I worked at dominoes for a whole year that has to be the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard . Then tells me that since my hungry kids ate a few slices befo I had a chance to inspect it that I can no longer return it for my right pizza nor a refund . Wouldn’t even give me corporate number told me to go find it myself then hung up in my face twice .

Wow! The subpar service and food quality will definitely keep me from ordering from here again. I walked in to pick up my order and the little boy at the counter didn’t say anything. He just nodded his head at me like we were in the same gang. Why? This is exactly why businesses close in our neighborhoods…why businesses and restaurants aren’t interested in investing…and why people lose their jobs when businesses close. Idiots!

I had a horrible experience regarding my drive up pick up order. They refused to bring me my pizza because they claimed people aren’t really concerned about covid anymore. I said “are you asking me to bring it in there?” They kept gesturing me in, laughing at me, harassing me, mocking me. I broke down and had a panic attack because of my disorder. I feel very disrespected and will not be returning to this location. It was my favorite location, now it is not.

I’m completely disgusted with the manager that made my food and this location. First they made my order wrong, I had the new PADADIAS, which they Iris is drenched with bbq sauce and didn’t look nothing like the picture online. As I broke pieces from my food a black rubber band popped out. I have to drive all the way back to the location just to talk to the manager who made my food who did not apologize and stated he did not know how that got into my food. Not only did the Magine look dirty they did not use gloves to prepare the food.

Easy website to place your order. Great customer service when you pick up your food. I have ordered online several times in the last 4 months and each time my pizza has been perfect and my husband’s gluten free pizza as never failed to please his taste buds. Pizza is always hot and cooked to perfection. In the past I wasn’t really a pizza person, but Papa John’s has changed that. Great job!!
