I placed an order for pickup via Uber Eats from my house, it was accepted and I waited 15 minutes before leaving to go pick it up. I live 15 minutes away so I arrived to pick-up my order at the promised pickup time of 30 minutes from time of order… Upon arrival, I gave my name but both guys behind the counter seemed confused. One of them even asked me to see the order confirmation in my app so I showed him that it says “preparing order” but then he asked to see what was in the actual order, after seeing that he verified that my order would be coming out in 5-10 minutes. I sat down to wait, Then I assume they started preparing my order…. A full 30 minutes later, a woman came out and she wouldn’t give my food saying something about verification and making sure it’s mine. I gave her my name and the list of what I ordered, but that wasn’t enough to verify it was mine in an empty restaurant with nobody else waiting. She asked to see my app to verify my order again and this was after I had already shown them the order in the app and confirmed it. Once that was cleared up for the second time, I headed home to eat. The Zeppoles had all melted sugar on them as opposed to powdered due to heat from being inside styrofoam. It’s too bad they didn’t think to put the sugar or even extra sugar into a separate container on the side in order to prevent that! My Turkey sandwich had half toasted and soggy bread, yellow lettuce and it tasted like some type of imposter Oscar Mayer style turkey! I gave it 1 star because the Gyro was actually very good! Definitely will NOT be returning here!

So I have ordered from this company via a third party delivery and I love their pizzas. Tonight I decided to order the tiramisu, which was 12.99. So I was expecting a big homemade Italian dessert. But what I got was a tiny small dessert that looks like to come from Walmart for 2 to 3 bucks. Seriously? Complete ripoff.

The people of this establishment never cease to amaze me in the best of ways… They’re such nice people. I live at the extent of their delivery range and they, without hesitation took my 2 person order and delivered quickly. The gluten free pizza was great as usual. The salad was fresh with green, crisp lettuce and peppers as well as ripe tomatoes. The ranch was very good too. Do not skip the cannolis. Crisp shells with creamy, but not overly sweet filling. Yummy!
