I am giving the service 4 stars because I went on a Friday evening during lent and for the number of people there, because we all know it’s going to be busy, they were very disorganized. Be prepared to wait 20-30 mins. There was only 1 person in the front to check in people, cash out others that were leaving and take care of people carrying out. I was trying to be polite and wait my turn to sign in when a senior lady came up from behind me, interrupted the cashier to ask for the wait time and sign herself in. Besides that the food was great. Fries were hot and fresh and the rice was nice and fluffy. Our server was awesome. She checked on us frequently and was very attentive. The food is reasonably priced and the atmosphere is nice.

Dinner with one of my best friends. She recommended it, and I wasn’t disappointed! The plates came with an excellent amount of food and the refried beans were excellent! Trying the shrimp tacos next time.

First time here had to clean own table as table top and chairs were not clean. Service was good but could of told us before ordering they had no fries. Option was given but never brought to us, as per cashier (when paying) they didn’t have item delivered yet. Had the shrimp A la Veracruzana lacked flavor had more onion than shrimp on dish. Top it all off saw a roach on the wall by our table.

The fish plates are so good! Served with white rice, fries, salad, and corn tortillas. They also have shrimp, fajitas, surf and turf combinations. The food is always made fresh and it is a clean environment.

Horrible service. Rude incompetent employees. $15 for a small cup of the shrimp cocktail when we ordered a Large cocktail to go. The continents even worse, half the cup. For this B.S. I’ll rather drive an extra 25 mins to coctelería El Amigo. Who will give you the correct order of shrimp cocktail and actually put more shrimp than anything…I get there they said order wasn’t ready. I asked a different employee she said our food was right there next to register the whole time. Mind you we still waited and extra 15 mins. Get home to our small surprise of our food not made right. Called the employee said she was the main manager and that there’s nothing she can do. Never again.
