i pull up to this subway, excited to eat after a long morning moving trees and doing service for the less fortunate. but, it ended up being less fortunate for me because my sandwich couldn’t even be made correctly and when i opened it up on the table, it split and all the ingredients from within were spilled over my place setting. i was extremely disappointed, and in the end i had to eat my sub sandwich with a fork… like who does that?

Great! Customer service ! Very clean . A new guy made my order , his name was Darrell. He talked to me while making my order , he was polite and courteous! My visit was so pleasant that I did not mind the 2 minute wait while he prepared another customers meal that was being heated up as I arrived. The food was excellent and prepared nicely. He added my extra toppings and my order was correct! Great customer service with a smile!

On our way back to Myrtle Beach we stopped at this gas station Subway last night to get a late supper, we decided on subs because it isn’t heavy so late at night. Was around 8ish almost 9 at night. The Gentleman that served us, I think his name was Darrel served us. He was super nice helpful and our sandwiches where perfect! Everything tasted fresh, the lettuce and tomatoes cold, and he even understood when I asked for no heeled tomatoes! Usually I get what’s that mean from the younger group of servers. All around excellent experience! We will come back to this subway! Excellent service!

I am a paramedic from Oklahoma here in North Carolina helping out provide care to the citizens of Brunswick County. I walked into this subway with 15 minutes left until it was time to close. The young kid there was currently making a sandwich for another customer. The kid stopped making the sandwich and told me that he’s not taking any more orders tonight. I have not been able to stop and eat at all today, I’ve been on shift for 10 hours already and was finally looking forward to having a bite to eat. Unfortunately the kid decided he didn’t want to work the hours that was posted on their sign. I will not give this subway anymore business while I’m here.

Went in today for the free cali fresh sub to try! Our family always enjoys subway. However today I was in the building before noon and there was a line and got to the counter at 12:03 for the cali fresh sub and she refused to do the sub even though I was in line before noon. It became my fault they didn’t serve people fast enough? She was rude and said better timing next time and turned her back. After this I will just switch to another place as ive spent lots of money at subway.

I’ve stopped here on occasion and have always received good service. Today, my server was cold, unfriendly and did a poor job on my chopped salad. I asked her to chop my salad and she rolled this tool over it a few times. I asked again and she did the same thing. She stated, unapologetically, that the chopper doesn’t work.

The person trying to make my food wasn’t wearing a mask, and I asked him if he was going to wear a mask while making my food, and he said that he can’t wear, so I said then you can’t make my sandwich. Why does subway have employees preparing food that can’t wear a mask in the middle of a pandemic? He also looked at the person working with him, and she rolled her eyes. Never going back!!!!

I attempted to order a rotisserie chicken sandwich from Aria today. She refused to serve me the sandwich unless I got the meat heated. I don’t like the rotisserie chicken heated because it dries out the meat. She tried to tell me it was a health code violation which it’s not. The product is fully cooked already. I just to let you know she was extremely rude about the situation refused to contact a manager and this in turn cost you a sale. I’m a truck driver and I come through here regular I can guarantee I’m going to go to Hardee’s the next town over rather than stop at the Subway again. This is not the first time I’ve had issues with her and I’m sure it’s not going to be the last so we’ll just stop there and not come back.
