I’m from the southwest, I’m very picky with Mexican food, and he made us some nachos that were simply outstanding. Nachos aren’t on the menu necessarily but I asked and he delivered! Real cheese baked over chips, piled with guacamole, refried beans, pico, half carne asada and half adobada. Easily enough to share between 2 people and very good! Great value on the island at around $19.
