The service itself was ok. Highly disappointed about the Philly Cheesesteak melt. It’s more like a cheese cracker wrap Or crust. How can you make a Philly cheesesteak with 3 little pieces of meat and the crest of over powering the meat. Don’t waste your money

If I could give them zero stars I would. I am extremely unsatisfied every time I come here. The employees are nonchalant and never truly listen to your order in which I have been forced to return after making it home several times because they have added pork or a topping I don’t eat and never asked for. I then have to wait another 20 minutes until my pizza is recooked. After I am just provided a “My bad, next time try to make sure you say no pork” from the manager in which I said multiple times. Who doesn’t your employees know pepperoni is pork? Please address these issues

Only giving 1 star because i hqve to give them something. Order from here all the time. On numerous occasions I have received burnt food. I have a family of 6 so I’m usually spending a good 50$ an order. So imagine how upset I am when I receive food that’s burnt and all the manager offer is a 10$ credit to my account. Definitely order at your own risk. If you like burnt pizza, burnt cinnamon rolls, burnt cheese sticks, don’t order the chocolate chip cookie, or any of the melts they over cook them and they be hard as a rock. Just very disappointed with the whole establishment.

Don’t you think it would be appropriate to inform customers that the delivery will be done by a 3rd party service? The drive arrived in a plan t-shirt with shorts on. The pizza wasn’t in a pizza thermal bag. So after waiting 45mins I then had to put the pizza in the over and wait additional time. I called the location. Spoke with a young lady who seemed more eagar to make things right then the “Manager”, or at least he claimed to be.

It’s horrific what happens inside of this store. Order your food and sit and wait and you will know you never want to eat here again. My highlight was seeing an associate walk around in the hoodie and vape! Horrific is a mild word to say! This place should be shut down!

Soo here we go, I look and see all these nice pizzas.. I drive to a location not so close to home.. wait cause it’s not ready and we get this, so how does your pizza get half burnt and isn’t ready when you arrive, ask the manager.. I told Josh to do better. If he is even the manager, there was side whisper before the call and they must have know it was me cause I didn’t even tell her what I wanted.. so disappointed and those apparently are bbq wings just sad.
