Delicious food that was ready super quick! The people working here were so friendly and nice and moved incredibly quickly.

I was really unimpressed with my order from this location yesterday. The rice I received was from the bottom of the barrel, they barely had any sweetfire chicken, and they didn’t have any chicken teriyaki. The only redeeming part was they let me top off the sweetfire chicken with something else.

This is probably the worst spin on asian food I’ve had in a while. It’s convenient to have when you’re studying or whatever but it legitimately lacks any flavor and feels like cardboard.

It’s only still open because of its good location. Food is sometimes poorly cooked and many items are rarely available outside of core weekday lunch hours.

I got the same order from Panda express in Detroit which was much better quality and flavorful. While the food here is so bad, flavorless and small portion.

Kind people, fast service, what more could you ask from a fast food place!

I’ve gotten sick in the 1 / 100 times I’ve visited here. Typically the quality is OK, but I’d recommend eating elsewhere. There are many other East Asian inspired chains in Ann Arbor. I’m sorry, but I won’t be coming back, even if there is a location in my current area.

It’s a good place to get a quick bite. Everything is generally clean, entrees are freshly made, portion sizes are fine, and the staff is friendly. However, 2 times out of the 4 I’ve eaten here, while the entrees have been great, I found the Chow Mein to be a little dry. That brings the taste of the entire plate down with it.

I have been a consistent customer at this particular Panda Express, and I have not felt this disregarded as a customer as I have after the events of today. This concerns the dark haired, middle-aged woman who has been working at this Panda Express for at least the past 2 years. She has consistently had a terrible attitude with me, and certain customers, despite my continued politeness (“please”, “thank you”, smiling throughout). Today, I ordered some food and as I went to order, she asked me “Would you like to add a drink?”. I said “No, just a cup for water, please.” She proceeds to grab a sauce cup and tells me that that was all they had for water cups. Keep in mind these sauce cups are the equivalent of literally taking a shot of water, so obviously I was confused as they had always had clear legitimate cups for water. So, I gave her a confused look and asked “That’s it?” and she says to me “Yes, these are what we have for WaTeR,” in a very rude and condescending tone. Well, I politely declined and paid for my food. I finally asked if “the sauce cups would be consistently a thing from now on?” and she responded “yes”. I went to my seat to eat with my friend. About 5 minutes had passed and there was a male customer at the register about to pay for his meal. She asks him the same question: “Would you like to add a drink?” He responds with “Just a cup for water.” Instead of offering the sauce cups like she had previously done for me just a few minutes prior, she hands him a small red soft drink cup and smiles and says “Here, you can use this”.

A super cheating branch. Discriminating against gender and races. My last order here came with an extremely small portion that didn’t worth my $10 at all. Why female Asian always get a disproportionate portion portion is much smaller than American’s?
