Came in and was attended immediately, lady on front was very good. Compared to all Dunkin’ doughnuts I’ve been in I give this one five stars. They have some nice mugs for sale. Hot chocolate with plain cream cheese bagel hit the spot on this rainy day. Restaurant inside looks clean and organized.

Went to the drive thru and ordered an iced coffee and sweet bacon croissant w/no egg. Received my iced coffee but waited over 5 minutes for the sandwich. They kept asking me to repeat my sandwich order. I finally told them I had to go and the gentleman said my sandwich was right there but didn’t hand it to me. I finally gave up and left without it.

Every time I’ve came here they have messed up my coffee. And it’s not even a crazy order. French vanilla with cream and sugar iced.. how do you put granulated sugar in an iced coffee? It won’t dissolve. When asked to use liquid sugar, they just ignore it. also try to pay with Apple Pay through the drive-through and they tryed to deny my Apple Pay saying that I had to come in to the store to use Apple Pay. While also just being snotty about it. Guess conman sense and respect for people is not a thing in this world anymore.. won’t be going back.

HORRIBLE customer service!!! They don’t even greet you right on the intercom. Then, when you get to the window they have the nastiest attitude. 100% DO NOT recommend. I’ve worked in the food industry for a while, so I understand it’s hard, but you should never take it out on your customers…. I rather drive the extra few minutes to another Dunkin ‍♀️

I love my Dunkin’ but these folks are very high strung and very rude. I hope they treat people better. We have been here on a shut down and everytime we come through we have gotten a mean/rude older woman. We got our last drink today from there and the only one who should get a raise is a wonderful light skined lady with a black collar shirt on. She was very sweet.
