It says they close at 10 pm. I was there at 8 pm and they already said they were out of side dishes. I’m pretty sure they didn’t want to cook any more because this is the 3rd time this has happened to me for dinner. They still had to hours before closing!!!!

THEY “NEVER EVER, EVER ANSWER THEIR PHONE WHEN A CUSTOMER TRIES TO CONTACT THE RESTAURANT”!! ALSO, THEY NEED TO COMPLETELY SEAL THE ORDERS TO GO THROUGH GRUBHUB BECAUSE THEY ALLOW THE GRUBHUB DRIVERS TO DELIVER ORDERS WHILE BAGS ARE “OPEN”, AND FOODS CAN BE TEMPERED WITH!! I HAD A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH RECEIVING MY ORDER AND THE DRIVER ATE CHICKEN PIECES AND I WAS VERY UPSET!! SOMETHING DEFINITELY NEEDS TO CHANGE AND SOON!!

We verified the hours via Google and it was supposed to be open until 10:00pm. I structured my evening to get there before they closed and was actually looking forward to picking up a large family meal. When I arrived at 9:56, there wasn’t a soul to be found. Thinking perhaps Google may have been off, I exited my vehicle to read the hours posted on the door which correlated with the 10:00pm closing time listed online. It seems basic hours of operation are arbitrary with this restaurant. The chicken is usually good but their professionalism is very much lacking.

This place always automatically up charges my drink. It never fails. You have to tell them not to do that. Mauricio just did it again to my order and you don’t know until after you get your receipt. Also, they always stop serving full menu items towards an hour or so before closing, they say they’re cleaning. This place sucks.

I ordered a chicken fried steak plate and a 3 piece special. The chicken fried steak was in a box with a hard dry biscuit and the 3 piece chicken was not fresh and had no taste to it.
