I absolutely love this place. When you sit down you get a fresh loaf of bread with some olive oil with vinegar. The Alfredo pasta is absolutely delicious. Honestly the best wether you like shrimp or chicken, it is the perfect creamy taste. I go out to eat here and go out on dates with my fiance here. Always fun to also catch a warriors game. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. I would honestly give them higher stars. I have had no bad experiences with this establishment.

Haven’t been here for over a decade! Shrimp Portifino and caeser salad are my fav!!! The cannolli does not disappoint! A must try! Our server, Hollis is exceptional! Be sure to come down, ask for him and tip him BIG! …bc he deserves it! Macaroni Grill should recognize how well he represents their company. Completely above and beyond service!

Pretty good food, pretty tasty. My only complaint is that it seems a bit pricey for the overall quality of the food. We got an appetizer, 2 entrees, 2 side dishes and dessert (no alcohol) and it was $120.00 for 2 people. It could have been $150+ if we had drinks on top of that. The food was decent, but I expect better at this price point.

Always a great experience when I go. Staff is friendly and the food and drinks are great. Their Happy Hour is a good time and they even had a customer appreciation day with free spaghetti and meatballs.

Pretty typical big box restaurant – fancy feeling build-out with fairly vanilla seating and decor (in a nice, simple way). This location always seems a little bit under-invested – like it’s not a thriving location, so they don’t staff it as well or have as high standards as you might expect at a busier location. But I still think it’s a nice place to eat…although a bit over-priced considering the things I noted (you pay a price as though it’s a fully-invested location, but it’s really not).

Everything is looking good and taste terrible here except the bread they provided for everyone. The pasta are way too salty that make me and my aunt unable to finish it. The brussel sprouts are overcooked which made it too bitter. The table and plate was not very clean. There are even flies flying around. Very disappointed for spending that much of money.

Hostess seated us in the bar area and the service was terrible. Food was great! Waitress needed work on being nice and not making faces when we were needing things and ordering. It was Mother’s day weekend and I was taking my mother and daughter out and we were dressed up but the hostess sat us in the bar area when there were other nicely dressed families in the main dining area. Why?

Absolutely horrendous service. Arrived around 4:20 on a Monday, as expected the place was empty. Two other tables of two people each, both of which had already received their food and beverages and that was it. We entered and waited at the host kiosk to be seated. We waited for several minutes with no one in sight until we saw two employees near the back of the restaurant. At this time they were aware of our presence and a lady started walking towards us. She greeted us and led us to our seats. We decided what to order and waited. And waited. Waited some more and looked and saw two waitresses talking amongst themselves. After waiting a little longer with zero contact since being seated we were pretty upset and decided to leave. Upon leaving we walked past the bar where 4-5 employees were congregated not doing much. One had the nerve to wave and say thank you, showing how little attention we received. I would truly hate to see the customer service with more than 6 patrons in the restaurant. Seems to be a common theme as I noticed other reviewers having similar experiences. You’d be best served looking elsewhere.

Remeber that packed restaurant you had to wait for a table? Currently its not like that. You get a great cutomer service and in a timely manner. All of your favorites without the crowds. My only complaint was cold stuffed mushroom appetizer. Everything else was great. They even have a unlimited side salad option.

When I called, the host couldn’t hear me, so I tried to speak up. Then she told me she didn’t need my attitude, but all I was doing was raising my voice so she could hear me. The spaghetti was alright, but the salad had brown lettuce, cold stuffed mushrooms, and glass of tea tasted like windex. But the waiter was nice.
