The customer service was great! The food was ok. I ordered 2 hamburger steak plates which is why I gave it a 3 the hamburger steak was dry and the cabbage needed seasoning the Mac & cheese was really good though! My husband also ordered lemon pepper wings which he said were the best he had ever had! We both agreed the black eyed peas tasted like they came out of a can! The chocolate cake tasted old and very dry. The lemon pound cake was amazing. The Mystery punch(Koolaid) was good too!

I was being so picky I had to order 2 plates for myself. I ordered 3 plates and the price was very reasonable. The food smelled so good as soon as you walk through the door. Another great thing is the owner does not use pork in the food. The owner has amazing service and her soul is beautiful. Just have a conversation and you will see it. Definitely going back

So good and man it felt like a soul food experience. From the food to the greeting to the atmosphere it’s everything I love about soul food. I got the Sunday special and the pot roast was so tender that it fell apart trying to pick it up. The Mac and cheese was creamy and the potato salad…I don’t even know what to say there…never had mashed potatoes for a potato salad but it was perfect. If I’m ever back in town I will for sure be back.

Mother and Daughter are cooking up the soul food with a lotta love. Ordered pot roast over rice and gravy, fried okra, wangs and lemon pound cake for dessert. Everything was delicious.

I was born and raised in the south and I was looking for some good southern food in the area. My friend and I stumbled across Food 4 the Soul; so, we decided to give it a try and we were NOT disappointed.
