Wish they didn’t use doordash to deliver their pizzas. Food arrived cold & automatically contactless. Paid .50 each for 3 marinara sauce cups and they weren’t even half way filled. There was more crust than pizza, and the pan pizza was thin & dry. When I worked at pizza hut I never saw pizzas this badly prepped/proofed or topped. 3rd time this has happened. I think I’m done with this location. It will most likely be the next pizza hut in our area to be shut down if they don’t get their act together.

Had an issue with order not arriving through doordash. Pizza hut helped me out and sent a new order. The door dasher showed up an hour late. Turns out he rode a bicycle 4 miles one way in the rain to deliver my pizza. He was very polite and apologized for being late. Doordash should give him a raise. He is out here working harder than most and doing it with a smile and a wonderful attitude. Thank you Herman we appreciate your dedication and hard work!

Ordered 2 pizzas and a breadstick after a half hour we got a call that the doordasher picked the food up and then dropped the order and stole the food. 45 minutes later the food was remade and on the way only for the door dasher to mark it as deliver 45 minutes after pickup without actually giving me my food. I will never buy anything from this store again. 2 hours after ordering and I’m still out the money and now I still have to get food from somewhere else.

Picked up an order for my mother and when I got to the restaurant, nobody and I mean literally nobody at all had on any gloves of any kind! Definitely wouldn’t recommend that anybody eat there

They recently got rid of their delivery drivers and now use Door Dashers even if you go through the Pizza Hut app. Unfortunately, they told us our pizza would arrive in 35 minutes but no Dashers decided to pick it up and we didn’t get it for over an hour and up until a Dasher finally picked it up the app just kept saying 35 minutes the entire time. Once it did arrive, it was room temperature, at best.

Stop using random delivery drivers. Have been ordering from this place for a long time, but only in recent months has this begun occurring, live 5 min from the store, average time from tracking update of “on its way” to arrival used to be 5-10 minutes. Of late the new time is averaging 20-30 and the food is barely still hot, often needing microwaved back to a decent temperature.
