I have made multiple attempts to patronize this establishment, a total of three to be precise. On two of those occasions, I was met with locked doors and no indication of operational hours. The lack of posted business hours is a clear oversight that frustrates patrons and demonstrates a lack of customer-centric decision making.

I’ve been to this location a few times and the two gentleman I’ve consistently seen working are fast, friendly and they keep the place pretty clean. Not really heavily trafficked when I’ve been there, but a decent flow of patrons in and out.

On 2 separate occasions I attempted to purchase a sandwich from this establishment. The first time was at 5pm on a Saturday and store was closed even though the hours on the door showed it should be open. The second occasion I attempted to purchase a sandwich they out right said they were not taking orders for sandwiches even though they were ostensibly open for business. This location randomly closes at odd hours. Last time I went in and the cash register had a sign on it stating they were no longer taking any orders, this was at 1pm. The staff would not even acknowledge us or say hello and we ended up leaving. I will not be back to this location to give them my business. Usually very dirty and with trash/debri all over the floor.

I love this place. I’ve eaten here plenty of times and they always get it right. When you ask for extra, they give you extra !! Staff seems to be having a good time whenever they work, always friendly and laid-back. My only complaint is that sometimes they go a little crazy on the mustard… but I forgive them <3

I asked for one thing which was a sandwich with just roast beef and lettuce, I got that with tomatoes and mayo on it which I personally hate. We made it very clear and still the workers didn’t pay attention, and right after my sandwich was made the kid went straight on his phone in the back, the workers don’t seem to care.

For a first time customer of Jimmy Johns in Chelsea, MI, I can say I am very disappointed and will never return to another Jimmy Johns. The couple of times I have been in there I’ve been treated very poorly. My first order was online and since having no prior knowledge of how online orders work, I was belittled and made out to be dumb. As an employee of customer service of a nearby company, we have went from referring customers to Jimmy Johns establishment while they wait to having customers tell us this restaurant location is a joke and they will also never return.
