The customer service is good. The FOOD SUCKS. I used to order pizza and wings once a week or more NOT ANYMORE. They changed the management, or the cook or both. I’ve tried 3x still get the same result dried up pizza that I chipped a tooth on, and wings that taste like they been sitting on the counter for days. NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. IF YOU WANT GOOD FOOD TRY ANOTHER PLACE. THIS PLACE SHOULD JUST CLOSE DOWN. ITS HORRIBLE FOOD.

I use to order from here at least 3 times a month but now HELL NO!!! My pizza came stale, no sauce, absolutely almost no cheese at all (I think it was expired) I even ordered extra cheese. You just lost one of your customers.

I personally haven’t had a bad experience! Pizzas’ always good! To be quite honest, reading all these bad reviews just sound so absurd and have no logic lol. Goes to show you people will complain for anything! If you’re not having a good experience with a restaurant, don’t order from there again and save yourself the trouble. And if you’re gonna put a review, make sure you tell the whole story. Overall, LOVE ordering from here!!

I ordered a large pie with extra sauce and got a pie with just crust and cheese no sauce at all, when I called back they wouldn’t help me resolve my issue and rudely kept hanging up on me. Finally I got someone on the phone and they promised me a refund or a replacement pie, I got neither. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Pie in the garbage and I will be contacting corporate. Next time have the decency of not hanging up when someone is calling you because YOU messed up the order. Smh no integrity . No respect for that type of person.
