I love the shakes here! If you haven’t had a frozen custard shake yet, this is the place to go. For a fast food chain, the food is pretty good. I actually love their style of steak burgers. They’re kind of flattened in a weird way. As for the shakes, they only have chocolate and vanilla but they provide a lot of different flavor toppings. So delicious! Service was very nice as well.

I really like Freddy’s and usually go to the one on Twenty Mile, but gave this location a try. Disappointed by the food quality here, my burger was indelibly salty to the point it seemed on purpose. We paid for a large meal and sundaes, the drink was not filled nearly full and neither were the fries. Our custards also seemed pretty light. For what was paid and especially for larger upgraded size it was not satisfactory and probably wont go to this location again.

Unfortunately I changed my review from great place about a month ago, to now all 2 ratings. I went to this location at 1:30 Sunday June 11, and they were not busy. However the staff was fairly busy visiting with one another. I ordered my usual #1 and the burger was freshly made but the fries were cold and soggy. There was no toilet paper in one of the bathroom stalls. There were no napkins at the counter, and I got the last ketchup container.

Good quality ingredients make it a tasty burger. Next time I’m going to try the jalapeño burger! The kids love the food too. They get a small mini cup of ice cream to share if they finish their burger or chicken fingers when we go. I love the shoestring fries. All around good experience and clean restaurant.

I visited this location Friday the 14th at 2pm. I ordered a hot fudge sundae with banana and whipped cream. The first time they got this order wrong and didn’t give me hot fudge, just chocolate sauce and a very tiny amount. When I showed the girl inside that this was not right she agreed.

Ordered a regular size cheese curds, a burger with Freddy’s sauce on it and an entire $6 bottle of sauce… arrived with no sauce at all (not in the burger or even a single dipping sauce with the fries). And only 1/3 a basket of the curds is a regular order?? I was so looking forward to this and rarely order in, and this was such a massive disappointment. I used to love Freddy’s but it’s all about the sauce and honestly I don’t think that I would ever try to order again from them.
