The last two times I’ve been here the staff is friendly but too eager to get you out of there. They don’t know how to wrap a burrito properly it just falls apart after one bite into it. Reading other reviews on clearly I’m not the only one who has experienced this. Won’t be coming back here any time soon. Too bad cuz the food is normally great tasting and good quality.

The bowl was extremely filling. I went ahead and got an extra tortilla, and a friend got a burrito. I would say it’s neater to order the burrito but felt like the bowl had more food by just a little. Both were amazing. It felt like Chipotle, but better because the food had flavor if you know what I mean. The kids behind the counter were super fast and listened!

I’m over it. I’ve written a review about a month ago and had to delete it to write another one about my experience today. Last time, I was told that it’d be ok to ask them to re-wrap my burrito if I felt it wasn’t up to par but when I asked the cashier lady with a black shirt to do that, she gave me a dirty look. The tortilla tore in half as she initially wrapped it but instead of trying to fix the problem, she double wraps it in FOIL thinking it’d be ok. I ended up giving the burrito to the homeless guy at the corner, went across the street to Chipotle, and decided I’m done with Qdoba for good.

Best place for Mexican eats. My family and I have eaten at a number ( greater than 10) of locations and found this one in Reno to be the best. Great and friendly staff, great management and wonderful food. Always fresh and high quality.
