Ordered ahead of time online. Went through drive thru wasn’t even busy & made me wait 15 minutes. Gave me drinks and ice cream first so they were melting the whole time I was waiting. McFlurry was filled halfway. Didn’t give me drink holder for multiple drinks. Food was cold and stale you could tel the burger and fries had just been sitting out and were not fresh. Found a long hair in my burger!! Will not go back to this location!!!

The window says lobby is open 24 hours. This is false advertisement. It wasn’t even midnight yet when we entered and the management said that the lobby was closed and she just forgot to lock the door. Please remove the signs all over your building that state you are 24 hours everyday. This McDonald’s has terrible service anyway. Go to the other location. Cleaner and friendlier.
