As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

The rest of our food was good, but the hot dogs that were supposed to be for children were totally inedible. These are jerky. I don’t know if they’re trying to save money by sending these out, or just not caring about quality, but this is scary. I hope whoever is in charge will do something about this before someone gets sick.

Great food here! Whoever they have cooking meals is good at what they do. I have eaten here in the afternoon, dinner, and late night and the food is always perfect. Their service however, not so much. You have to watch that they give you proper portions that you paid for, also, the people working that are customer facing aren’t very friendly or even look like they want to be there. It definitely has cost them some business from me. They do the food real well. Everything else can be chore. I’ll definitely return, but if it’s been a rough day, I’m not eating here. You will feel guilty for passing by and giving them business.

Very good but food is a bit greasy. And the grease that comes off the fries and collects on the inside of the containers smells awful! Food is still good and worth the price though. Exterior is a bit shabby but it doesn’t detract too much from the overall experience. Pretty good little eatery here.

I have not eaten my burgers, but I bet they’re gonna be really good. Thought I would communicate with the crew here, but they are very serious and focused either focused on their work or they’re in outer space. I can’t quite figure it out regardless, I’m waiting to get my burgers and the order of fries I’m excited. talk to Josh. He was working the window and the drive-through. He had some good smiles about him but again the rest of the crew is very focused or something lol good luck you guys.

I have only ever ordered Doordash from here, usually the food is good, with the occasional burnt inedible hot dog. But I just ordered and got my food. I’m missing the combo part of my combo, no fries or drink. And the extra drink that I ordered and did get was supposed to be Fanta strawberry and they gave me Hi-c… i wouldn’t care if they asked what I wanted to replace it with. Let alone I’m sitting here with half of my meal and the doordash app will not gift out refunds

So the food was on point! Hot, crispy, fresh, and made exactly how it was meant to be! Amazing as always, but the experience with the staff was not nearly as pleasant. The woman was rude from the start, she was pushy and rushy while we ordered and when we got to the window she acted like we weren’t there and when we asked for condiments she acted like we were inconveniencing her. We ordered an ice cream cone and she handed out a very messy runny cone that was obviously made when the order was taken. She couldn’t even comprehend what I needed when I asked her to give us an empty small cup. We gave up and ate it quickly

there food is always amazing, especially their fries, but the cashier we had to interact with was very frustrating. we had a tmobile tuesdays deal, and when we went in, he just kept telling us that it wouldn’t work (since it hadn’t worked earlier that week) and refused to check. it was very disappointing, but nonetheless, i love rally’s

They fries aren’t vegan, the shortening has pumpkins and beef fat in it. The chilli is made of hamburger patties that weren’t sold by the end of the night. The cheese sauce is weird mush in a bag that gets mixed with hot water. The old guy who’s the dm is racist and sexist too. Let’s hope the fryer has been properly cleaned below and inside of it.

Rallys is great and this is a good location only ever had one issue ever with them. Was actually trying to get ahold of the store though, because I recently had an interview and I tried to call because he told me too if I heard nothing and I can never get an answer on the phone.
