My sister in love recommended this restaurant. We ordered the catfish entree with string beans, two seafood rolls and the crab fries. Now, I truly go out of my way to visit another black owned spot off Central Avenue in Capital Heights, and they were on the list to visit but I didn’t want to drive as far. However, this is a close contender and probably my new local venue of choice because of the fries. They weren’t overly saucy, a decent amount of crab to not be overpowering but also not underwhelming. The fried catfish was cooked superbly with a great tender taste and seasoned simply but just right. The string beans were really simple but delicious as well. The remastered can’t be described.

I have been coming here every week for the last 4 weeks. First two times the fish was awesome the third time it was okay but this time it was the worst fish sandwich. I had to pick through it just to get pieces that were edible. They were small pieces of fish but they were overcooked and were hard, unable to chew them. I took a picture but I don’t see where I can post.

Bomb! I finally tried them and so glad I did. Friendly customer service. Good prices and food to match! I had chicken/fish combo honey garlic wings, fish and hush puppies. Best hush puppies I’ve had in a while! My second visit was just as good as the first.

Make sure you stop by this local eatery if you find yourself in the Upper Marlboro area. I found myself in the area one weekend afternoon and ordered the Shrimp Po Boy for carry-out. Needless to say it definitely hit the spot, to the point I couldnt take a photo without having a bite first!! Reasonably priced as well, esp for seafood. Will definitely be back whenever I’m in the area
