The staff in the morning until about 12 o clock is great. Very friendly who put care into your order. After 12 the service time is lengthier and the staff is not as friendly. The food is always what you should expect from a Good Times. Just note if you’ve never been to a Good Times they are on the expensive end of fast food.

2/14/2017 230 who ever was working here this day was friendly. And fast. and the wild fries were incrediable and the bacon look and tasted great even my dog enjoyed their food the meat was. Excellent better them MC Donalds burgers.

So done going here for frozen custard. The burgers are good, the fries, but the custard…no thanks. Ive gone here several time for a dessert and they are just notgood. Biggest compliant is that every time I get a frozen custard its melted. Spoon benders should be cold enough to bend the spoon but the last 2 I could pour strait out of the cup, it was so runny. Got the blackberry scoop and it looked look it was a lump sitting in a pool of melted custard. Finally I just got a turtle sundae, and have had enough. Could have poured this runny stuff out of the cup. It was like a runny shake and not a sundae. They mixed the syrup s in the custard which probable didn’t help and then toss on the pecan. I could eat it, just to runny. They need to get the machine fixed so thing are colder or retrain the staff. But I’m done wasting my money on this place.

I ordered a guacamole bacon cheeseburger combo only to get home and find no burger patty. I drive back to complain and the manager tells me that while she understands why I requested a refund I didnt need to be rude. I told her I felt it was warranted being that this was my third incident there. Needless to say I wasn’t given her regional manager or corporates number. BBB here I come.

Really poor quality in food just got food from here not to long ago the fries where cold literally like if they had been out in the cold for a while never had this experience the chicken was as well really old and disgusting had no flavor diffidently was an old piece of chicken didnt get to finish it of how disgusting and dry it was don’t recommend going at night…. tried talking to the night manager she was no help nether being rude

Food is good but checking your order before you leave is recommended. This location has very poor order accuracy. The receipt lists the correct item and/or instructions but the item is incorrect regardless.
