OMg! Looking for a BBQ place and found this jewel. Great BBQ had the ribs, with Mc and Cheese and took home some pull pork.. great deal too. Also have some chesecake from the in shop, ocoee chesecake shop, super rich and creamy.

Recently step into this little jewel. The place was Smokey, a little small, but very neat and tidy. Ordered the ribs, chicken, collard greens with Mac and cheese. The greens where cooked exactly like my moms (check) and the Mac and Cheese was cheesy!

First off, I’m a fool for not giving this place a shot sooner. I just finished the ribs, chicken, Mac, and corn I took to go. The meats were perfectly smoky, tender, full of flavor from the seasons/rub, and juicy. The sauce was fantastic, however the meats were so flavorful I didn’t even use that much of it. The Mac was great also. I will be back very soon to try anything else I’ll be lucky enough to (hopefully collards, beans, brisket).

Let me just say I was prepared to be impressed, the place is clean, Nessa is nice and the food smelled terrific. Portions we good. BUT, 1/2 rack of the ribs were really tough. 2nd half were good. Sauce was phenomenal. Baked beans superb. Coleslaw was unique. Chicken and ribs were well smoked but they tasted like charcoal starter(fuel) as if the wood smoker was not allowed to burn off the fuel before loading the food. Also the pulled pork was really dry. Overall I would probably go to Sonny’s or Porkies in the future unless I wanted cheesecake. The cheesecake here looked good.
