We booked a party there for February, 2023. When the bill came, the charge was much higher than agreed too when we booked. We were told we would have to wait until Monday to speak with the manager, Nikki. In order not to cause a scene in front of our guests, we paid the bill and tried to contact the manager that Monday. It took several attempts but we did finally reach her.

I have been ordering from durbins for over 30yts. I stepped order and put them since they no longer give out coupons for their pizza. You just responded to my review I just want to join yesterday and there was no durbin coupons on the receipts at all. People working as security are horrible. . security female 35-40 old. 10$ cover to enter . Walked in paid 40$ for 3 ppl and she would give me 10$ back starts yelling that i called her Bitxh.. tried to talk with her.. but no started being rude yelling me out acting bossy and had guys to escort me out lol. So we left and they didn’t even give us out money back.. !!!

The food was great but the service was lacking. The Chicago burger was delicious as well as our tables food..but hardly worth the wait. Decor was dated sports theme with video gaming adjacent to the dining area. If you want to spend the afternoon..this is a good choice. However if you are hungry and don’t like to wait ? Choose elsewhere. There are better choices.

The food was great! That meatball sub was so big I could only eat half of it. The bartender was super nice and checked on us often! We went around dinner time when the restaurant half was still set up but I was told after a certain time they clear the tables and it turns into a dance floor.

I met my friends here, who had been waiting on their server for a LONG time even before I arrived. She was sitting at a table on her phone, then sleeping . . . I didn’t get my first drink til I got up n walked to the bar n ordered . NOW the bartender was amazing . Brought my drinks to us back at the table. And was quick with the next. Very friendly, sweet and attentive . We closed out my friends tab at the table n moved to the bar for better service from the bartender

We went there to drink around 12am, beer was cold, other drinks were made well, bartender was friendly, and prices were reasonable. What more could you ask for? Can’t speak on the food since we didn’t order any, maybe next time. The place was kind of dark, but if you’re out looking to drink at 12am that shouldn’t matter.
