My first time at Chinese Valley, I went for dinner. The food at Chinese Valley was delicious . I have no complaints on food, the portions they serve are big, prices are fair. I do however agree with some of reviews regarding the service. Our waitress was nice, however she disappeared after serving our food. We couldn’t find her after she gave us our meal. I shouldn’t have to be the one getting up to get my own to go box. A smile from the staff wouldn’t hurt either. Train your employees on providing better customer service, and this restaurant would be up there in 4 to 5 star status. I do recommend to try Chinese Valley food.

Lost this costumer. The young guy at the drive thru tried to charge me more for my order. When I inquired about the amount he said in a very rude way “it’s all the taxes”… Then magically he found out “it was not my receipt” and gave me back 20 dollars (the exact change was 23 dlls and change but he was too lazy to take his calculator or maybe did not know how to use one) of course I asked for the manager and she’s nice but defended his rude employee who is a complete as**h**. So watch what you’re being charged in your cards… This kid is a thief.

This use to be my favorite place but the service went down horribly!! You feel unwelcomed and a bother when you go inside. Had to walk out because Noone would come to the table. 1 out of 5 times they will answer your call for delivery. Stuff needs to seriously change or this place won’t last much longer.

I placed the order 2 hours ago. I called them about an hour into the order and they said it was on the way. then my order updated saying it was delivered, But I never saw it at the front door and no one ever knocked. When I tried calling the store again it was closed. I do not recommend.
