This place is amazing! Me and my girlfriend came in last weekend and the owners were so nice! The chef is from the islands and she can cook!!!!! She made our food perfect!!!! Take pate was amazing!!! It was even good reheated ! We got wings and tenders and they were nice and crispy and fresh and delicious! They were kind enough to let us try the dipping sauces we loved them! Deff will recommend and be back!!!

I get why there are so many five star reviews. The food is so good and the staff is very friendly. I ordered a Caribbean bowl and beef pate and everything was delicious. The spicy island sauce is super good too. Highly recommend this place.

This is a covid 19 takeout review. All food is eaten fresh in the vehicle. I found this place online and was intrigued by the reviews and the menu. I ordered three pates of different types. Spicy chicken lite, carnitas, spicy beef. First off, way too much food. But man was it good. The chicken was very good, lots of filling with a kick from the spice. The carnitas was very very good. Lots of flavor and lots of filling. The spicy beef was over the top great. Great flavor, tons of filling, a huge hit. The Johnny cakes were OK, a dense fried dough but not a lot of flavor. The people running the store were unbelievably friendly and outgoing. On a scale of 0-10 I would taste this as 9.5.

Pastry really nice and crispy, meat cooked perfectly, I tried the beef and blackened chicken Patty, the beef was well seasoned the sweetness was balanced and just so delicious, the chicken was cooked perfectly a little bit sweet for my liking but overall both so flavorful and delicious, prices are reasonable, friendly staff, highly recommended

Very good home cooked Caribbean food. Hidden hole in the wall but the owner is extremely nice and seems to genuinely care about the food he puts out. The jerk chicken bowl hit the spot so good and I could only finish half. The made to order pates are also delicious. I’m sure anything they serve will be good. I hope they get enough business where they can stay open and have a nice life.

Definition of DIAMOND IN THE ROUGH. The plaza they’re in isn’t much to look at, but the food that comes out of DIFs is magical. I love everything about this place. The pates are UNREAL, I’d never had one before and now I stop by weekly for lunch and haven’t had one that I didn’t love yet. Spicy chicken sandwich wars? Not if DIFs is involved; their spicy jerk chicken sandwich is insanely good. I went through a phase where I tried all the other ones and they are not even in the same league. The proprietors are amazing as well, I rarely get out of there without chatting for a while. SUPER nice! They love what they do and take amazing pride in their product and it shows. I’ve introduced everyone at work to this place and they all share the same affinity, to the point where we order often as a group now. I even brought pates to my family’s Super Bowl party this year and felt bad because everyone filled up on pates and left a table full of everything everyone else made and brought. This place is worth a drive to check out especially if you’ve never had a pate.

The wings are dry rubbed goodness and highly addictive! Since selected sauces come on the side, wings stay crispy and you can control the level of spicy and/or flavors, mixing ’em up to your individual liking. I also recommend an order of the Johnny cakes. They are buttery, sweet, cooked to perfection , nuggets of heaven for your taste buds…yeah…they are THAT good! DIFs is a local gourmet gem!

Been here several times and the food is always fantastic! A hidden gem that offers a wide variety of food that is always fresh, flavorful, and cooked to order. The staff is always friendly and helpful. One of my favorite places for lunch when I’m in the area.
