Normally I don’t go risky and over order food on my first visit but I rolled the dice and got the fish platter yesterday and an additional order of fish. This gentleman’s fried fish is spectacular! You have a return customer sir!

Decided to check out this Food Truck that is a parking lot by a Drive Thru on Tamarack Circle. There I met the owner/chef Derrick. Has been in the business around 6 years. Prior to that a chef at a variety of places before deciding that he wanted to be his own boss. His Food Truck is quite different in that he serves breakfast and lunch/dinner. It was a little early so I went with the ham and cheese omelet with some home fries. It was a good size omelet with plenty of ham and sharp shredded cheese on top. The home fries were super thin and very tasty. Yummmy!! Derrick opened the truck during the beginning of the pandemic and steadily building cliental. I’m next time out will have to be the cheesesteak. Looked delicious. Take the time and check this truck out.

The chef here and his wife are friendly, and the food is amazing. I’ve had their breakfast, lunch and dinner, and the food is always fresh and tasty. My favorites are the tater tot scramble, the fish sandwich meal and the chicken wings. My kids like the breakfast sandwiches. The menu has options for everyone to choose and enjoy.

So glad I finally made it by to check out what WF Foods has to offer and I couldn’t have been more pleased with my meal and service! When I pulled up my man was by himself busting out a large order, still took the time to welcome me to the truck and converse about his menu while I waited. The crispy chicken wrap was a perfect choice for this hot day and the red beans and rice were nice and savory. (Generous with the hot sauce as well which blends excellently with the beans/rice!) Very grateful to have a business like this in the neighborhood and can’t wait to try the rest of the menu. Thank you WF Foods Team and best of luck with your growth!
