Me and my brother went there to get a hot ham and cheese we ordered a big hot ham and cheese sandwich and we didn’t get our money’s worth they gave us a small flat hot ham and cheese a regular hot ham and cheese sandwiches different from the big hot ham and cheese you supposed to get more for your money I don’t see why Hardee’s is having a difficult time making the customers I need to do a better job

Best Frisco ever! Waited awhile for it but it was worth it, looked and tasted like a really good restaurant burger. Just what I wanted juicy quality meat on delicious sourdough strong enough to handle the sauce. It was so freshly made I drove12 minutes home and out of the bag it was perfectly wrapped and perfectly warm to chow.

I really don’t like slagging a place but the girl at the window was rude. My order took ten minutes with me sitting at the window, and that’s fine (if something was wrong, I understand things happen) but after when the food finally came she opened the window and practically threw it at me. Not so much as a “thank you for waiting” or “sorry” or any acknowledgement at all. In fact I almost felt resented for being there.

Customer service sucks. Black girl working drive through with Burgundy weave braids was rude. Didn’t give any sauce for tenders in bag & snatched money. She need to work in the sandwich making department rather dealing with customers. Rude attitude while taking order & didn’t know menu at all… 1st & last time I ever come to this location.
