We came here to celebrate a birthday. I was going to order the vegetarian broth, but the server advised to try the one above it on the menu (I forget what it’s called) She said it is also vegetarian and we would like it better. I don’t know what the other broth is like, but the one she recommended was really delicious. There’s plenty of options for vegetarians. I was originally worried that I wouldn’t find anything, but most of the options at the bar are vegetables!

The food had great flavors, I ordered the Tum Yum broth and got pork belly with brisket. Everything taste great and it had a bar with many fresh veggies and noodles. Unfortunately the lady we had as a server did not check in to see if we wanted any more meats, it made us feel as if she was avoiding us. I wish we had better service and offered more meats, then it will be worth the price, I would not mind paying a 1/4 of what we paid for the meat and service given. Overall the food had great taste and the lady was polite just not attentive.

If you know, you know. There’s an inside saying about Asian restaurants: The worse the service, the more authentic and delicious the food is, and that 100% applies to this place. The broths are amazing with a plethora of options to pair it with, so once you get your pot and drinks, you’re good to go. My only complaint is that it is a little warm in the restaurant every time I’ve gone, and hot AZ + hot pot is a steaming combo – but it’s worth! Just hurts my bank account a little.

The Hotpot was very good, the flavors and all the toppings and options were all very tasty. Bring someone to share it with, we got pork on one side and beef on the other. Would definitely come back again.

Place is pretty dark and unwelcoming, the waitress we had was super rude and didn’t explain how it worked even though we were first time customers. We spent over 50 dollars for what is suppose to be all you can eat, we ordered one plate of meat to start and the staff seemed to vanish and it was difficult to get someone to order more or even get water. The seafood seemed questionable too, nothing was covered and did not look sanitary.

Tried this place for the first time today, hostess seemed angry that we dared order food here and was very short with us while taking our order and explaining things. Took over 30min for our first [and only] round of meats to come out, we then proceeded to sit for over 45 minutes with no sign of any staff while our soup base boiled away into nothingness. When we entered there were 3 other tables with people at them, and while we were here noone else entered. Our soup base, while having some flavor, was very watery with a heavy dose of chili oil like a slick on the surface.

When the customer service is bad you know the food is good! I’ve eaten here 5 times and the customer service is always below average (I’d even argue it’s great because I like to be left alone when eating) but the food is high quality. If you want good self service hot pot I’d recommend this place.
