Ordered a loaded pizza for a total of $27. Pepperoni, Canadian bacon, black olives, mushrooms, green peppers and extra cheese. Sounds good huh! Well, we picked it up and it looked like the pic with insufficient toppings for what was requested and paid for. I’m normally a pizza hut guy but thought I would give PJ’S a try. One and done. Won’t try it again and deleting the app.

Ordered 2 – 2 topping large pizzas. There wasn’t enough cheese on both to cover half of one pizza! This is ridiculous…eating bread, red sauce and topping. The place was filthy too. Neve go here

Staff was nice, but by all means, I absolutely do not reccomend the XL Shaq pizza. Website states that its supposed to have extra pepperoni, and extra cheese. They gave me a box with a squished and exploded garlic cup. And just look at that pepper! It looks like they dug something up from under neath the oven and through it in my box.

Ordered pizza tonight for delivery at 6:30. Two hours later and still nothing. Called multiple times unable to reach anyone. My husband thought he would drive over and attempt to pick up our food. Places is packed with upset customers waiting for 30+ minutes. They have plenty of staff, so they clearly lack management and they don’t care. I would cancel my order if I could, but have no way to do it. Now is is just indefinitely delayed.

Just wanted to give a shout-out to the manager at this location (David) for really stepping up recently. I ordered a pizza for lunch on 9/15/22 using the Papa John’s app. Pizza Tracker said it would take 27-32 minutes. Nearly an hour later the status in the app still said “Preparing”….apparently the Door Dasher picked up my order and decided s/he liked my pizza more than me. I called the store, not expecting much other than an “okay sorry we’ll send another one” type of response. David got my order in the oven almost immediately and had another Door Dasher waiting (who also texted me to let me know she was on the way). From the time I hung up after speaking with David it couldn’t have been more than 20 minutes until the pizza was at my door and was so hot you couldn’t hold the bottom of the box. And to top it off David said he would refund the cost of the pizza for the trouble. Top notch customer service all around. Thanks, David!

I thought I would try Papa Johns for the first time. I ordered for delivery online and the attendant was courteous and made sure everything was correct on my order. She told me it would be close to an hour. I appreciate her truthfulness. I told her that was fine. The driver had problems finding my address on his GPS. He called me and I gave him directions.

Nice place and excelent customer service. I went today for first time and I arrived at the store around 10:30pm, I was told to wait to see if they can take my order because they were closed, a few minutes later they took my order and while waiting for my pizza I start checking they hours and I noticed that they closed at 9:40pm, that was 50 minutes before I arrived, I did’t knew that but they still were very polite and took my order without hesitation. Around 20 minutes later I got my pizza and I could not be more thankfully. Next time I will be going before 9:40pm. I do recommend this place, these guys are realy awesome and the pizza is really good!!!

I have honestly never had an issue with this store until tonight. So I called and spoke with Matthew, a manager. The man is awesome! It isn’t just because he upgraded my sandwiches and threw in a Pepsi on the house, but he didn’t see me calling as a complaint but as a way to improve their customer service! I’ve ordered from this place 20+ times in the last 6 months and it’s hands down the most consistent Papa John’s (or any pizza place) that I’ve ever been to. The flavor is always on point and the order is always right. The GM who runs the store is probably one of the nicest guys I’ve ever met and obviously knows how to run a store. They definitely keep product rotated correctly and the employees well trained, both of those factors are apparent in the pizza. Being a GM in the food & beverage industry for quite a few years myself, I can easily tell when a store is well kept.
