the portion size isn’t fair. i go to the waba in Walnut and they actually use the whole bowl for the food. this location has a strong grip on the food for some reason. in photo i moved the chicken to one side to pour sauce on rice and with other locations i can barely put the chicken to one side. with this one, well u can see. i keep making the mistake to go to this location for convenience. next time i’ll drive the extra three miles to go to walnut location for better fair portions. At walnut i can barely see the rice underneath. Amar location is BAD

The salmon plate was very tasty and good but a bit pricey. Overall restaurant is fairly clean. My cashier was ok, not the best customer service. She was not rude but not friendly or helpful as well. First time at Waba grill.

When eating waba meat, you have to remove all the ashes before eating~ I eat waba and there is something chewing on it, so I spit it out and there is ashes. When it enters the human body, it causes cancer. Be careful when eating Teriyaki meat. Disgusting!

Very disappointing. This was my first time to a WaBa and will definitely be my last. I ordered a rice bowl with extra meat and the total came to $12.59 after tax! I thought that maybe it would be a good portion of meat but when I got home I found 3/4 of the container to be rice and a pretty standard portion of meat. For a $4.25 up charge for extra meat this container should be bulging! 2 stars because it did taste good but wow, what a let down. There’s plenty of places on this block to get twice the food for that price. Don’t waste your money.

I have been to this waba grill twice and both times they have really disappointing Half avocado.first time I got a really hard avocado and this time it was really old,really surprising they would even serve this to anyone specially since they charge extra for avocado. What a let down !

Ist time here, service wast fast and with courtesy,, clean and well maintained establishment.. great tasting meals,, ordered the Rib-Eye with brown Rice and Veggies,, absolutely delicious , meat was tender great flavor, the Brown Rice was excellent and with great texture the veggies were fabulous not smushy, also great texture beast the broccoli , cabbage and carrots.. $10 meal but no disappointment here . Will be back to try some of their other new dishes that just came out recently. I recommend anyone who likes good food done right
