I stopped in for a quick to go meal. As soon as I entered the restaurant, Ms. Mary greeted me with a warm hello and smile. I ordered the liver dinner and it was fantastic! Cooked to perfection! As I left, Ms Mary thanked me and wished me a blessed day. Best KFC around! Montevallo, AL.

This was most likely my last visit to this KFC. The staff is friendly enough I suppose, above the bare minimum but not great. The food has been disappointing the last few times I’ve ordered there. Chicken pieces stuck together fried?? Very strange taste as well especially the extra crispy. It isn’t worth the money for sure.

They were out of mashed potatoes, so the nice girl offered to make my famous bowl with mac and cheese. I asked if they could use french fries instead, and they did that for me and its really good. If that is not good service, I don’t know what is.

I can’t complain, it is fast and generally tasty. The staff is what is to be expected at fast food restaurants. I wouldn’t say you should eat fast food if you are expecting gourmet food. Eat here for the fast and convenient food.
