I generally LOVE Jersey Mike’s. This time I ordered a portobello and swiss sub with NO onions, and my son got a chicken bacon ranch sub. My sub had onions, after ordering it with none, and there were so many of them that they made up half the sub. My son’s sub had no lettuce on it, although he didn’t request that omission. These subs in total cost $35, and while I took most of the onions off my sub, I just couldn’t eat most of it. Bad day? Maybe, but the bad day cost me $15 for a sub I couldn’t eat. I’m disappointed.

Love the new location! Couldn’t be happier with our first experience here. The sub was great and I loved the convenience of the drive-thru for pick up. I just ordered on the app as usual and selected The new location as an option for pick up, where it now allows you to choose to also select the drive-thru window. Pick up time is usually about 15 minutes, but I even showed up 5 minutes early and they were just finishing it. The lady at the window was also very friendly. Make sure if you use their app, you sign up for the rewards as well. We’ve received quite a few free subs this way. Looking forward to many more visits!

Disappointed with experience after hearing such good reviews. Our first visit will also be our last. The woman behind the count said hi and then continued her conversation with her coworker. Both totally ignored us until I interrupted their conversation and asked where we needed to order, since it was our first visit there. Both copped an attitude that we were being an inconvenience to them and then preceded to take our order. They continued their personal conversation while preparing our food , never once interacting with us. Nice amount of meat on our sandwiches but the bread was tough to chew and flavorless. I’m disappointed this visit was such a bust.
