Meat quality is amazing!! Other places would hurt my stomach but Uncles Gins made me full, happy, and pain free. The restaurant is also the cleanest I’ve seen anywhere. love the privacy cubical. Everyone working was so attentive too! Never needed to order more sides because they made sure to keep it coming. 100% better than 678 and 9292. If you’re in the area you need to try. Definitely having my next birthday dinner here!

On my momma this place is the best Korean bbq out right now and I’ve been to all the popular ones in Duluth, Decatur, Buford hwy etc. the beef short rib goes crazy and the service is on point. Granted it’s not as busy yet because they are new, but uncle gin is invited to the cookout

Omg the short rib is SO GOOD. Everything was great, service was good, food was top tier, and no wait time as it’s still a new restaurant. I see this place growing really quickly once people discover the short rib. It’s expensive but you get the quality you pay for. The short rib comes out with charcoal also! On the bone.

We had lunch special menus: Beef soup and Pork roast. They both were delicious and the portions were generous! Especially my beef soup was in a huge pot with chucks of real beef meat. I loved it. The only reason I didn’t put 5 star was the the basic side dishes were weak. The kimchi was too well-done and the other ones were mediocre. Overall it was a good lunch experience with nice service. Next time we will try the BBQ.

My friends and I have found this restaurant after driving 8 long hours, and the service here has been nothing short of top tier. The food was delicious and filling, they constantly filled our pitchers with water and made sure we had everything we needed. This is definitely going to be our new regular place when passing through Duluth.
