I’ve had this Donatos many many times due to it being the only one in the area. Easily the worst Donatos I’ve ever had. They never have their own drivers so they outsource to Doordash. They never get your food to you hot it’s always cold. The pizza is either extremely under cooked to the point the dough isn’t even finished or over cooked to the point of it being entirely burnt. Management doesn’t seem to have basic communication skills. I’ve had more pizza be remade for me than I have had a pizza that was good. I don’t even order anything special. Just pep and cheese or even just cheese. Unfortunately this will have to be my last time ordering. I have been waiting for 40 minutes past the quoted arrival time and I called them and they said it’s leaving now

Donatos does have award winning pizza and decent service. I’m not particularly thrilled that you have to order through a central call center because they have limited information about each individual store. A lot of times, when you need the manager to address a concern/problem, you should be connected to the store, but if the store is busy, your call will not be picked up. Also, any refund you may need for any reason, the store itself is the only one that can initiate this; the call center doesn’t have this ability, thus running into the problem of no call answered if the store is busy. Again, the food is delicious, and overall, the service is acceptable.

Decided to grab a pizza through the drive up window. The young lady working the window was very polite kind and had a great attitude. My food was prompt and ready when I arrived. I even asked for some plates and napkins to take with. She didn’t hesitate to help me out. The only thing I’m disappointed about was my pizza. I got the founder’s favorite it had very little toppings on it it was a fourteen inch And it looked like a pizza. That’s someone might have ordered it and didn’t pick it up. Looking like it set for a while and they might have just shoved it back to the oven for a little bit. I also ordered an Italian salad no tomatoes and 2 French dresses. I received a one italian dressing one french dressing. So I was disappointed because I usually get service and food there. Well let’s hope it’ll be better next time. So See you all at the Donatos.

The quality of the food from here has dropped off a cliff. A fraction of the toppings that you usually get, and the food isn’t cooked as long any more. Their thin crust isn’t crispy anymore, it’s floppy and gross. It’s pretty disappointing.

Ordered one cheese pizza at 4:45 pm on a Thursday afternoon. Pizza shop is up the street. Less than 2 miles. They give an arrival time of 40-45 minutes. Which time was 5:29 pm to be delivered. I received my pizza lukewarm at 6:15 pm. I called and was shifted around and put on hold just to find out my pizza hadn’t left until 5:56 pm. You might try a texting system that allows the driver to let you know they are delayed.

The food is always pretty good here with things fairly clean but I was disappointed with the lady one the phone. I wanted a Big don Italian sub with pizza sauce baked on it because it makes easier to eat because the roof of my mouth is sensitive but and even politely asked if they could just add a tiny amount but again a very stern no. I am aware the sub will slightly soggy but I love it that way. First time a Donatos denied my request for this.

As a regular customer I can say with confidence that I will never ever order here again. I ordered 3 subs, which had burnt bread and were also dry and I ordered 2 pizzas; the large was unevenly cooked and not cut and the medium was burnt and dry as ever. My kids did not want to complain as they spent their own money for the food, but I will never ever order here again!
