Given the quality of the food as well as the generous portions mentioned by others, this is arguably the best Chinese joint in the city without being made to dine in at a sitdown establishment. The only note of caution is to lead with an idea of what you’re wanting, because the ladies who run the place mean business when it comes to keeping the line moving. I wouldn’t say they were particularly rude as someone else pointed out, though, I can only speak to my own experience.

Been going to this place for almost 30 years and the food has been amazing the whole time. I believe it’s the best in okc hands down and I’ve tried several. For the amount of food you get it seems the price should be more than what it is. Great food at a good price!

I will give this place 2 stars and will explain why… The last time I ate here was back in 2022. I have been to this place about 5 or 6x. When I first came here around April 2022; ordered 3 dishes the chicken curry and rice, sweet and sour chicken, and pepper steak/mongolian beef. The food was superb and the young lady who helped us was very friendly and I liked her. The food was so good, that I kept coming back and knew that this place was a hidden gem. So, here is where the problem happens… around May or June 2022… all of a sudden the restaurant completely shuts down and is closed for 3-4 months ( several months). I kept showing up every Sunday in the summer ( no signs or anything). I called and there was recordings claiming “that they were on vacation”. I personally thought that they went out of business or the city shut them down; because I know alot of these businesses can be sketchy meaning after they make alot of money, they just up and run’ like vanish without a trace. Okay, so they end up opening the restaurant back up in October 2022 ( they have new people working like a chubby young chinese guy) He was very rude… and pushy! Anyways… So I order my typical chicken curry and rice and the sweet and sour chicken; the food just never tasted the same! The oil or grease that they cook with started irritating plus making my stomach ache and hurt… The food didn’t taste good and I don’t remember it being this bad! Maybe they are reusing the oil or using old/bad oil to cook with? So I wanted to give this place another chance,my last time came was around Dec 2022. The food just didn’t taste like it did; when I first came here ( before they shut down). My friends would joke with me.. “ Lol, they kept the restaurant shut down for so long, that they lost practice and forgot how to cook good chinese”. Honestly, it seems like they removed alot of ingredients, reused food and oil and gave less food in order to save on costs. It is not good anymore; I stopped coming here and will never come back. I think ever since that young big chinese guy started working it caused the food and service to go down… I miss the woman and the grandma!! ( they are the good cooks!) not the men!

Growing up my family and my husband had eaten at this restaurant and have always been really good. Their egg rolls used to be made with peanut butter way better than they are now. I ordered a beef lo mein, and it was so greasy you could barely eat it. My house is beef broccoli had any sauce on it, just the quality has gone down quite a bit. Growing up eating there. This was my probably last time. Not to mention that they leave every year for a month during the dog festival over there killing them so you really don’t know what kind of meat you’re eating I know that sounds silly but if they’re going over there for their dog festival and killing them and then coming back here afterwards I wonder? What are you really eating in there?

Honestly been coming here since I was a kid with my mom, and the food has never disappointed me. The lady that comes to your car isn’t the most friendly, but she’s been that way since I can remember lol. The only place I go to for Chinese food

Food is good. Big large portions at a great price and the flavor is great. I seen a lot of comments about bad service, well they don’t give you bad service they are just not going that extra mile like a waiter at a fancy restaurant would but their service is just fine. I have not dine in at location but their drive thu option is great because they make the food when you order and is fast, fast and fresh make a great bundle plus a very reasonable price this place is a must try if you are looking for a new local place to try.
