I paid $8.00 for a bowl of New England clam chowder and this is what I got. I got half of a cup of New England clam chowder. You can see in the picture how small the cup is and to where it is filled to. It’s not worth the money. My other food was dry as well. I got Crab linguine Alfredo chill out and it was so dry. You can see in the picture attached how the noodles are showing with no sauce on them. I had to come home and make my own sauce. Do not recommend this location. I’ve gone to other locations where the food was delicious.

I was very disappointed in the service that I received for takeout. I waited 20 minutes to place my order and then I waited 40 more minutes for them to prepare my order. I ordered a Caesar salad with my order and it wasn’t in my bag. I didn’t open my food container until 6 hours later when I left work and then went home and that’s what I found. I was extremely disappointed with what I found. I don’t plan on going back to that Red Lobster location anytime soon because they’re horrible.

Seating took over an hour and getting a drink it took 45 minutes and appetizers is taken over 30 minutes, so far!! I’ve been here for 2 hours so far, and all I got: was, I just got an appetizer. Hope the food is good! And sad to say, it will be a very LONG TIME BEFORE I ever go back!

My daughter insisted on coming here and guess what? I’m happy she did. We have been here several times before but this time was much better. It was early in the day, so it wasn’t many people. The service was great and the food was hot I also enjoyed my delicious drink!

Good food, good service. But the place itself could be cleaner. This will not be my first choice for sea food anymore because of this. Im so disappointed. Countless visits, over the yrs., but I visited 7/23. Disappointed in this particular location, I doubt I’ll eat here again anytime soon if ever today was my worst experience so far. This used to be my favorite location, Myself and a friend went for an earlier dinner to try & avoid some of the crowd on Friday nights. The food was horrible, and lobster appeared to have sat around for a while it was tough and scary looking, infact everything was over cooked, even the biscuits were a minute from being over baked. Our seats had crumbs on them when we arrived. The manager did try to accommodate us with a slight discount and gave us a fresh piece of lobster and appetizer that was dried out as well. But this point, I lost my appetite and was over whelmed with the price for 2 people to eat. The portions, even if the food came out correctly, was not worth over $100.00 +

Came here for my daughter’s Graduation. Ami was great. I asked for a table for 8 and they were packed but Ami made it work and kept us informed on the status of our table while it was getting ready. Let me tell you bout Clara, she was FANTASTIC. She took amazing care of my family. She was so attentive and kept making sure we were all ok and kept our drinks full.

Service was extremely slow. At the bar as well as dinner Service. It was early 6pm Thurs. Not busy. My steak was perfect. The manager was nice and professional. Every one else seemed new and not seasoned. I was reminded why I hadn’t been in yrs.

So my fiance and I wanted to enjoy a date night on the last evening of endless shrimp. I guess I should have anticipated problems from there. After waiting for you 5 minutes we were seated at a table which unfortunately did not accommodate us. They then moved our table to an unattended section where we waited another 15 to 20 minutes to be greeted. My fiance decided to approach the bar and order our meal to where the bartender took great care of us from that moment forward. Another Manager came to temperature check our table and apologize for the fumble and service. I will still return for another date at Red lobster just to enjoy the bartender and manager.
