I’ve never had bad food from wing-it. I’m tired of baby chicken wings and inconsistencies from most wing places. I go here because the wings are the size they should be. They haven’t disappointed me yet. But I’ll let you know if they do. Good wings again today. I ordered extra hot. They weren’t much more hot than regular hot. I’m sad that prices went up, but that’s everywhere.

Worst experience ever. I ordered my meal online at 7:15pm. After and hour and half I called to check the status they advised its out for delivery. Another hour goes by still no food. I call back and was told the same thing. 30 more minutes and still nothing. I call and they advise the kitchen is closed. When I asked about my delivery they advised the driver already delivered it. He delivered it to the wrong address. So now my family is without their meal and all she can offer is to cancel the order. Highly disappointed with the service. I’ve ordered many times, but I think this is the last time.

Third time I’ve ordered online and the order is totally WRONG! I asked for DRY wings they were soaked and none of my condiments were accurate, why because they gave me NONE!! First of all, their food is usually good. My ex boyfriend would always eat here but Thursday night I decided to get a burger. It had ABSOLUTELY NO TASTE AT ALL. I WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN. I WANTED TO GO BACK BECAUSE I LOVED THE CUSTOMER SERVICE BETTER THAN THE FOOD. I WISH I COULD GIVE 000 STARS.

Normally good. Got garbage wings with little seasoning. Asked them to fix it, they were very rude. As I do love their wings, I tried again. Hopefully it’s good. I asked about the last experience, and got the BS answer of we strive to do our best. Asked them on what they plan to fix it, they ignore me and ‘we strive to fix it’ (without fixing it)
